We are looking for a driven and ambitious B2B Salesperson who wants to work with proactive sales and at the same time has clear ambitions to further develop within the company.

This is an operational sales role where the phone is your most important tool, combined with customer meetings and business development.

For the right person, there is a clear development path towards greater responsibility and eventually a role within the management team.

About the role

As a B2B Salesperson, you actively work with new customer acquisition and are responsible for driving business from the first contact to closure. You have close collaboration with operations and administration to ensure that customers receive the right solution and high quality.

The role suits you who are at the beginning of your sales career – but who think long-term and want to grow quickly based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Proactive B2B sales via phone (cold calling)
  • Daily contact with new prospects
  • Book and conduct customer meetings
  • Drive business from the first call to contract
  • Prepare quotes in collaboration with operations and administration
  • Follow up on business and build long-term customer relationships
  • Contribute to the development of sales processes and working methods
  • Gradually take on greater responsibility within business development

We are looking for someone who

  • Is driven, goal-oriented, and enjoys proactive sales
  • Is not afraid to pick up the phone and make the first contact
  • Has the ambition to develop and take on more responsibility over time
  • Is structured, persistent, and self-driven
  • Is communicative and trustworthy
  • Has good Swedish in speech and writing
  • Driver's license B is an advantage

Location & working hours

  • The position is based at our office in central Stockholm
  • Working hours mainly during the day
